I am an expert for digital transformation and project management with several years of experience at the intersection of IT, business, and research. I focus on data-driven innovation and complex transformation projects in both the public and private sector.

I have several years of experience in the management of complex, interdisciplinary projects in the fields of data & analytics and digitalization. Having worked in consulting as well as in several large and small enterprises, I have a strong understanding of business needs. On the other hand, I am experienced in stakeholder management and advocate for user-centric solutions that are not only effective but also sustainable.

I am currently in the last phase of my PhD in information systems. I conduct my research as part of the VLUID project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport, while working at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM) in Giessen, Germany, as research associate. I am pursuing my PhD in cooperation with the University of Cologne and focus my research on technology acceptance of smart city applications.
I have authored and co-authored multiple academic publications in the fields of digital transformation and technology acceptance, several of them award-winning. Beyond that, I also hold lectures on Business Intelligence and Business Informatics at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen to educate the next generation of professionals.

Coming from a business intelligence background, I am experienced in data-driven decision making. I have worked in over ten different data projects, including project management, data engineering, data analysis, and dashboard development. I am used to working according in agile environments according to frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe, as well as in interdisciplinary and international teams. I am well-versed in designing data-driven use cases while focusing on technology acceptance, impact measurement, and user-centered development.
